Right of Withdrawal

When you buy from us you have a 14-day withdrawal right when placing an order with us. You can choose to use the form below, or send us an e-mail to info@mollymutt.eu to inform us about your decision. You will receive a confirmation of receipt via e-mail containing information about the content of the withdrawal notice, as well the date and time on its receipt.

You should send back the products you bought not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract to us.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse to you all payments received concerning that order, including the costs of delivery, with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery more expensive if a standard delivery offered by us.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received back the products or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
